Can Poor Injection Pump Timing Cause intermittent stalling? Or would it just cause rough running and excessive smoke? I have just replaced my injection pump, PDM, lift pump, and fuel filter. The truck seems to have run a little rough since the work, it has had a small knock or popping sound that can only be heard from inside the cab, and now it has begun stalling periodically. The stalling originally only happened in the mornings once the truck hit operating temp, and then it would run fine. But does seems to be happening more often.

Try posting this on the 6.5L forum, where there's a lot of DS4 injector pump experience. The FSD is a major culprit for stalling, but they will be better able to help with the diagnosis.
