Body appears relatively clean from the one photo. How is the other side. How would you describe the condition of the body and interior?

Sorry for the delay ,been real busy . The axles have 4.56 gears with a detroit locker in the rear . The bed is somewhat goober welded up ,bent where the antenna brackets mount to it . The interior is sparse but not thrashed. It was also painted with a brush so it looks crappy up close .
