DB2 Conversion Parts
4L80E Standalone trans computer. This is the computer used in "The DB2 Conversion Guide". I tested this in my DB2 equipped Sub and it shifts fine. Includes wiring connectors. $175.00
2 sets DB2 fuel injection lines. One set from a 6.5 truck, good cond $100.00. One set from a 6.2, except has one 6.5 line (I think #5). I ran these exact lines with no problems, but you really should replace the one line with a 6.2 line. Very good cond $50.00
DB2 831 5088 injection pump. This is the NA 6.5 pump. Proper 6.5 size head & rotor. This has the updated head & rotor, pump is in very good shape (rebuilt 40,000 miles ago). Use as is or its very easy for any Stanadyne dealer to change to 4911 specs. $350.00
DB2 831 4911 injection pump. Genuine 6.5 Turbo Diesel DB2 pump. I recommend you have this rebuilt. $200.00
Throttle position sensor for DB2 pump. You will need this if you use a standalone trans computer. GM Part # 10137417 GM List $168.97. Good used part, checked OK with Ohm meter. $65.00
