    Default MSD aquires Edge Products.

It will be interesting to see how they merge/rationalize the competing SuperChips and Edge product lines.

Tom Carlin will be President of both Superchips and Edge so I don't see a lot of change.

Consolidation is to be expected in a fragmented market. Back in the software days, we had to look at each paycheck to see who owned us on any given week.

MSD will be smart if they leave Edge alone and avoid the temptation to 'merge' product lines, IMO. Merging initially saves costs, duplication of sales, etc., but you lose the people and expertise behind the competetive brands.

Obviously I am on a propane learning kick recently. I have had a great experience with the MSD system. It would be great to see it bundled and set up with 'intelligence' between the propane map and fuel maps embedded in Edge and SuperChips products, with switchable TOW, PERFORMANCE/STREET, and RACE/LUDICROUS SPEED settings...
