6.5 won't start
I have a neighbor who has a 94 6.5 in a step van. It won't start unless you use(we used a rag soaked in gas, then held over the intake manifold) a boost. Then it will start and run as usual, anyone had a similar problem? I checked fuel pressure at the fuel filter, good. Help Please!

Check the glow plugs!
Sounds like it's not getting any glow, so the plugs either are not getting power or they're toast!
