    Default Wiring issue

On my '93 I am having a problem with my electrical system. The problem is every now and then for no reason while driving along all the lights on the dash come on like when first started, buzzer and all. I changed the ignition module under the dash since I thought it was the problem. It wasn't... My question is: Would any of the wiring on the passenger side firewall behind the downpipe cause this? I can't get to any of it without removing the down pipe so I wanted to know if that could be a problem before I tear the SOB apart again.

The ignition switch is a common point of failure...

Like I said, the problematic ignition module was changed... The problem ended up being the glow plug controller. It apparently has an internal short of some sort. I haven't got it off and apart yet to see exactly what went wrong, just have it unplugged for now.

I meant the switch on the column. Not sure if that''s the same thing or not.

I seem to recall that if the alternator drops off line it will trigger the glowplug relay and the buzzer.
