Arrow No wait to start light and no lift pump power

I recently got my 94 6.5 back.It has sat for 2 years without running. The guy that had it was having pmd like problems when it quit starting and it has sat since.I put a good used pmd on it today.I cleaned the battery cables and put on good batteries.I have no wait to start light and no power to the lift pump.I jumped the lift pump at the under hood fuse and let fuel squirt out the top of the filter.I left power to the lift pump and cranked it some but still no attemp to start.I dont see any smoke out the pipe.I checked the 4 easy to get to glow plugs with a test light and they were ok.What do I need to check next, thanx

Each bank of glow plugs has a fusable link. Then there's the glow plug relay.

Pop the high pressure line off the #1 injector and have someone crank the engine so you can make sure your getting fuel to the injectors.
If no fuel we need to move in a different direction

if its a bad glow plug controller jump across it for 20 sec with large metal object (screwdriver) then try starting it will get truck running until you get the new controller.
