vibration after exhaust install

I just got done installing my magnaflow 4" turbo-back exhaust sounds great and everything BUT, when I stomp on it from about 40 mph, I get a nasty vibration, it was smooth as silk before, almost feels like it's overpowering the trans, soon as I let off, smooth as silk again


any thoughts people

I had a similar problem with a 4" exhaust on my LB7, but not really a vibration. The exhaust would sometime rattle when shutting down because the clearance was so close the 4wd crossmember.

I'M SUCH A BONEHEAD!!!!!

when I was putting the truck on jackstands, I put the truck in 4wd for some added safety cause of the slope of my drive while jacking it up, and dumb me forgot to put it back into 2wd


love the exhaust!!!!

quiet while cruising, NICE and THROATY while standing on it

not to mention the added power

don't feel too bad, you aren't alone, go see my "rear end clunk" thread in drivelines...it was the steps I installed, glad you found your problem.
