Do not add ATF. Thats old truckers rumors and hearsay. ATF is a nasty solvent formulated hydraulic oil for transmissions anti foaming and complex additive pkg. Its not a fuel oil. Some will say its good other will say its bad. Read all you want too on here and other websites. You want a multipurpose Diesel additive. Lubricity, cleaner, gell point improver (in winter) and something to combat water.

What truck do you have? 2007 should only use compatiable diesel additive and the product should have a label on it saying its so. GM recommends Stanadyne Products. Many other flavors out there kind sorta like asking which oil to use. Read the label and follow directions. Look in your owners manual I can't remember either Demulsifier or Emulsifier big difference. Avoid any with Alcohol.
