    Roughly how much tranny fluid does it take to fill up after a filter change?? Stock panned 4L80. Thanks
    1994 Dana 70 HD 4.11 Dually Crew cab. Exhaust work, 249,996 miles on orginal motor. Zero miles on new one.... Gauge work and various custom mods. Bumper & manifold (spare) mounted FSD cooler. This thing must have been assembeled on a Wednesday!!

    By experience, about 8 qt. in the pan, and 16 total if you do the converter, lines and cooler.

    The book says: Bottom pan removal: 7.3L (7.7 qts)
    Dry: 12.8L (13.5 qts)
