I have a 1991 Chevy crew cab 2-wd large block 4l80e the 86 look, study about cummins repower and thought about iszuzu I'm not worried about pulling just a good cruiser and confidence to go on the interstate 70-75 mph and mountians any good info thanks

I have actually been doing a LOT of reading on this subject and when I go through the 6.2 and she needs replaced, it WILL be buyin one of these kits...

I had an artical where the guy from the conversion kits built a new chevy and got 32 mpg out of a fullsized chevy truck. I use to have the link to the Ebay auction, but it is no longer listed there. It looks to be a VERY simple swap. I like the sounds of that kind of fuel economy and also be able to tow with it being turbo'ed.
