    Default Lost power...

New member.....truck was running fine going down the strret. Then the little engine light came on, the sound of the truck totally changed, bamb, no power, wouldn't rev over a really weak, super sluggish 2000 rpms, and the truck would only go 15 mph. Does anyone know how to pull a code out of the truck? Does anyone have a clue what Im explaining? How do you prime the fuel after filter replacement. Please help....

Have you replaced the filter yet or recently??? To prime just remove the bleeder and pump away till fuel comes out then reinsert the bleed screw.

sounds like it went into "limp mode"

I had a similar situation happen, except not as severe. Turns out all I needed was a new fuel filter and to have the injectors flushed. Good luck. It cost me about $250 all together.
