    Default tuner for the 6.5

Just a curious question: Why is there no tuner for the 6.5 like there is for the duramax, powerstroke and cummins?

The 6.5 was built (and discontinued from the GM truck line) well before the plug in tuner was popular for a diesel, and there really weren't a whole lot built. You'r really not missing anything in my opinion as most tuner mfrs spend very little time and effort refining their tunes in my experience. Once they have produced something "adequate" they simply move on to the next new project.

I realize that the tuners are somewhat of a new thing, but correct me if I am wrong, can't you still buy the plug in adjustable tuners for the older cummins and powerstrokes? I just was wondering if there was some sort of computer related obstacle that does not allow a plug in. All of the electronic gear is to just replace the computer, I think the adjustability of a plug in would be nice if it could be made.
