We don't really have an off topic forum and the Members forum isn't open to pubilc so I'll use this one to solicit advice.

Looking for some in depth, unbiased opinions on control systems for our new home project.

Something like AMX, Litetouch, Vantage, etc.

So far all I get is salesmen who think that their product is better, but can't really say why. The DP Membership has been great in the past for offering up suggestions and I'm sure that there are several experts out there who could shed some light.

Looking at: Lighting control, security cameras, and likely audio, and possibly HVAC control. I have a fairly decent handle on this, but the brand and quality levels are pretty hard choices.
