What kind of fuel delivery system does the 6.0 have? The truck in question is a 2000 6.0 2500HD. There is no pressure at the fuel rail and the truck won't start.

It has an electric fuel pump in the tank. If fuses are good then I'd bet it's the pump. Not exactly uncommon.
