    Cool I need a Oil Cooler

    I am looking for a oil cooler for a 96 2500 or 3500 6.5l the dealer wants way too much.
    93 k3500 dually with 97 cooling mods, Gear Vender, and adjustable boost controller.

    Default What size oil lines?

    I've got one for the larger, 5/8" oil lines. I'm guessing yours are 1/2"?

    I think the 5/8" didn't start until mid-year 97 model year.

    Ya pretty sure the lines are the 1/2 inch. i have a 93 but got lines with the updated fittings from John Kennedy and they need to go with a stock 96 cooler. so that is where i stand.
    93 k3500 dually with 97 cooling mods, Gear Vender, and adjustable boost controller.

    I have the stock cooler out of a 1994 K3500. When we swapped in the '98 engine, we installed a new cooler with the larger sized fittings.
