Default '93 Steering Column to '89 Suburban.

I've got a parts '93 pickup (well, half of a pickup) that has a good tilt steering column in it that I'd like to use in an '89 K2500 Suburban. These are different body styles, but similar columns.

So, will they interchange, I'd like tilt in the Burb, because I can't drive unlesss the wheel is in my lap.

Don't know about a direct swap, but I imagine anything is possible as far as a column swap like you propose. The 1993 has the ignition switches located about midway down on the column. There may need to be some adapting (wire mods) to get it to work correctly.
