Default Tax Credit for HHO Generator

Has anyone filed for the Tax Credit available for alternative fuels with an HHO Generator installed?
My accountant has taken forever to get back to me so I went and researched it myself. The form is IRS form 8849 and I believe you can use the Hydrogen line, converting LPM to Gallons in a ratio. The form is here:

If anyone has filed, did this produced any Red Flags from the IRS forcing an audit? There has got to be a lot of this form being filed now.

I know this was posted a long time ago, but I was wondering if you figured out whether that form is usable for Hho generators.

    Thanks
