Any ideas on how to firm up shifting on 1999 SUb. 4L80E on how to make it shift more firm?

Install a transgo shift kit in the thing.

Best $$$$$ you can spend on any auto tranny.

This Kit fixes most of the issues with these boxes and will add some real sizzle to the shifts.
