    Default Fitting/Plug Size 6.5 Turbo (Intake air temp sensor)?

    Hi,


    I have a short question concerning the air temp sensor in the 6.5 Intake:

    I want to plug that hole because I do not need the sensor in my K5 Blazer. Unfortunately I do not know the size of the thread & the plug I need.

    I think it is 7/16-20 but I'm not sure yet.

    Don't remember for sure, but I'm thinking it's a pipe thread, probably 1/4" NPT.
    The Constitution needs to be re-read, not re-written!

    Hey John,

    I took some measurements with my metric caliper gauge. The diameter of the sensor is about 11.1 mm.

    1/4'' NPT is about 13,5 mm

    Maybe it is UNF 7/16 - 20? According to following chart it is 11,07mm

    AN 4 7/16-20 11,07 mm
