    Default Hello from southern Cali

Hey folks! I have a '97 Suburban 2500 4x4. It's a retired LAFD communications unit, with rubber mat flooring and all manner of little quirks. I am shamefully ignorant about engines, which is why I joined up here - I need to learn how to better take care of my baby, especially when I take her up to the snow and out to the desert - she doesn't like the cold and I need to learn how to work with that. I've already had a little "OMG it won't start" moment once and have no desire to repeat the experience. I'm looking forward to learning from you all!

Hey hey X2 on the being among knowledgable friends.

Greatest Diesel spot on the net.

If we can't figure out how to fix a problem, theres a good bet that we know where to find out how

Never a question not worth asking around here.

Good to have you on board.
