    Default Concentric slave cylinder question

On my 97, the transmission won't go into forward gears with the clutch fully depressed. I can force it into reverse, and then the truck starts rolling with the pedal floored. I bled the system, and the fluid is clean and clear. I checked with the PO(family) and his recollection is that the slave/bearing was replaced with the clutch(roughly 50K ago), but not the master. Had my helper bottom pedal after bleeding and travel is approximately 1/2 inch by educated eye. I am digging through my shop manual, but so far cant find go/no-go on bearing travel.
I searched threads here, but all threads concern fork style bearing.

    Any help/info appreciated

When the ball and fork wear out you lose travel. I don't have any specs and its a bear to pull trans to check. The only problems I've had with the master or slave have been total failure. They don't take any preasure moving the line between them.
