    book says EXRON III and says "approved for the H-specification on the label"

    i can't find this "H" thing on any labels..

    I suggest using any Dextron III or IV fully synthetic ATF. You only need 2 quarts, and it has a long service interval.

    Just run whatever you run in the transmission.

    Don't forget about the pump rub issue.
