Default Delete Vac pump? Unintended consequences?

I have a 1997 Suburban with a Heath mechanical waste gate controller and I am now considering getting rid of the vacuum pump. Is there anything else that uses vacuum that would be effected?

The remainder of the emission system is vacuum actuated and monitored. Unless you have custom or F code programming to address this, you'll get EGR/EPR and WG related codes, which can cause defueling, default fueling, and/or limp mode. To get an idea of what you'll see, disconnect/plug the vacuum pump and drive it for a while under varying conditions.
