    Question

Looks like I'm going to have to pull the intake manifold to get access to the oil pressure sensor; wanna have all needed parts before I start. Does the 6.5 TD use a gasket for the intake manifold? If so, suggested sources? Any other things I ought to know for this job?

There are both upper and lower intake manifold gaskets used.
But, I don't think you would need to remove it to get to the oil pressure sender. It is located behind the manifold in the center. It might help to unbolt the fuel filter and move it aside.

Just remove the fuel filter and glow plug relay and get the propper socket for the oil relay/sending unit. No need to remove the intake.
