    No.

I can't answer that. I guess it depends on your expectations.

First thing to do is make sure there isn't something simple (air intake restriction, fuel filter, etc) causing your problem. Make sure the turbo and wastegate are working correctly. Is the exhaust system plugged up?

There are a lot of threads here about performance enhancement. Read through them, and then I suggest you start by contacting John Kennedy at Kennedy Diesel and see what he suggests.

He never checked back to see if there was any response, unless he's reading posts without logging in.

Oftentimes when we see this, folks with a single issue and no other interest in the site don't do even that. Posts and threads are automatically subscribed by default, so they get the replies in their email until they unsubscribe. I know it can be frustrating at times, but that speaks about them, not us. We are who we are, if they come back or not.

My experience with people who post a condemnation as their very first post have their mind concluded, and have invested very little effort in finding the truth or seeking advice on how to solve a problem.

He must not have even read the introduction to The Diesel Page (second paragraph, for example).... https://www.thedieselpage.com/

Aside from having him perform a couple of simple searches through the voluminous pages of this bulletin board, I would have sent him a couple links to articles that go to the heart of his questions...
