    Default Clear codes with fuses?

Is there a way to clear PCM codes with just pulling out the right fuse? If not how do you clear the codes. I have an OBD II scanner with a converter chord to OBDI but it doesn't track with the old OBD I system. I noted that the transmission codes can be cleared by puling the correct fuse for 30 seconds.

Disconnect the negative terminal from each battery, and leave them disconnected for 30 minutes. That should clear the current codes, but there'll still be codes in memory (won't affect the systems, but are there to aid troubleshooting).
