2001 lb7, just changed injectors and cp3 pump. Truck ran prior, had a code for high volume fuel leak. Not my truck, I was handed a box and asked if Id install. Now its Crank no start. Im sure this has been beat in the head many times in here but Im at a loss.
My desired rail pressure is 43mpa
Actual while cranking is 2.5mpa
Injector command is 4.03ms while cranking.
No fuel in the oil, no smoke or fumes out of tailpipe.
FRP command 15%. Unplugged FRP behind pump, no change.
Has lift pump, solid stream at purge valve.
Injector command numbers seem high to me. Would like to hear other opinions if possible.
