Look for a 94 Workhorse N/A Diesel chassis diagram. You may need an additional idler, which should also be the same. The belt length may be different, depending on the A/C delete idler diameter. Measure it to be sure.
My question is a simple one.....Why....The vacuum pump is already paid for, it works fine and you can get a belt (If need be) at any parts store.
Once you start making modifications the belt length may/could change and then the belt becomes an odd duck.
Just sayin ????

in normal situation you are correct but this truck was given to me in a non running and in pieces. So anything I put on it I want as an upgrade. Plus I always buy odd ball parts in two's and keep a spare on hand.
OK
If that works for ya.....

I deleted the vacuum pump on my 95 years ago, and have never looked back. Works great with the Turbomaster and an upgraded chip in the ECM to keep the computer happy. Best way to go in my opinion.
However, my 95 has A/C and different accessories, so I'm sorry I can't be of any help to your original question on the 94. Best of luck!

Casey, what did you do for a belt?
In my pondering mode... I always thought that the HD 1992-93 models didn't run a vacuum pump, and the only difference between the belts used for the LD and the HD was length (no idler pulley used)... And, that if the vac pump was removed on a 1994-95 model, the HD 1992-93 model year belt would solve the problem. Does that work?
