I am thinking about buying a 84 6.2 with sidewinder truck. It’s been sitting 15 years or more. Aside from changing all the filters and fluids, batteries, and priming the system, what else should I do to try and get this to start?

Myself i would pull the glow plugs.To both check to see if they work,are swollen,to check the glowplug system.and to crank it over easy till you get fuel from the holes
