Default 84 6.2 Sidewinder sat for 15 years Help?

I am thinking about buying a 84 6.2 with sidewinder truck. It’s been sitting 15 years or more. Aside from changing all the filters and fluids, batteries, and priming the system, what else should I do to try and get this to start?

Myself i would pull the glow plugs. To both check to see if they work, are swollen,to check the glowplug system.and to crank it over easy till you get fuel from the holes

Think WD-40 in the cylinder would help too?
