Can I swap a 1991 hummer gm 6.2 litre engine in my 1989 Silverado gm 6.2 litre. Are the crankshaft the same? Or am I going to have trouble installing to transmission?

Other than the intake and exhaust manifolds, it's all the same.

Do I have to buy a different intake and exhuast manifolds? Can not use stock 6.2 engine parts.

Stock 6.2L parts will be fine, the Hummer used exhaust manifolds that won't fit the truck frames and the turbo version used a special intake with a center mounted turbo on some of them. I believe certain N/A intakes can be used with no problem, but obviously physically check them for it.
I think that crew84 had used a single plane hummer intake on his turbo project. I haven't looked at my hummer intake in a while (it's sitting in a box), but the only difference that I remember was that the studs were located at 3 & 9 o'clock rather than 12 & 6.
