    BE CAREFUL!!!

    I think that ECM programmer is quoting "Canadian MPG", which uses a different sized gallon that we us in the US (4.456L CA gallone versus the 3.785L "US gallon"). APPLES TO ORANGES comparison with his results. His results should read "20.4 to 21.1 US MPG" to be apples to apples, which is still great fuel economy but much more realistic than 25MPG!!!!

    Please also note that he quotes the odometer reading in "kms", which is an additional clue...

    Good catch...

    Gove me a few days to make some adjustments..

    Those of you who post in KM, please make it obvious to me so i don't miss it.

    Actually it's 1.201 of the US Gallon. 20.8 US MPG.
    kms to miles is 1.62 ratio
    I could confuse you further with litres consumed per 100kms....

    Well, your original post specified a RANGE of 24 to 26 MPG (Imp). Which, if converted to US gallons, would be 19.98 to 21.64 MPG (US). And trust me, you would not confuse ME with L/100km's. If you really wanted to confuse people, then give your fuel economy in furlongs/firkin (*0.88888889)

    Since I've repowered StaRV II with a new AMG engine, things have changed, so I'm revising. Old numbers in italics:

    '94 Barth 28' Breakaway M/H ("StaRV II") diesel pusher: Spartan chassis, aluminum birdcage construction. Peninsular/AMG 6.5L TD (230HP), 18:1, Phazer, non-wastgated turbo, hi-pop injectors, 4L80E (Sun Coast TC & rebuild, M-H Pan), Dana 80 (M-H Cover), Fluidampr, EGT, trans temp, boost gage. Honda EV-4010 gaso genset, furnace, roof air, stove, microwave/convection, 2-dr. 3-way reefer. KVH R5SL Satellite. Cruises 2, sleeps 4, carries 6, and parties 8 (parties 12 - tested).

    Stand-ins are an '02 Cadillac Escalade AWD 6.0L and an '06 Toyota Sienna Limited.
