It is time for new tires and I am wondering if 31x10.5x15 are to tall for this 2wd suburban. It it has a 3.08 ratio rearend and a 700R transmisssion. Does the 6.2 have enough power for me to use these tires? They would look better then stock.
I have tried 31x10.5 with a setup like yours and yes, it's too tall of a tire. For good driveability and fuel economy, stick with either 235/75/15 or 30x9.50x15.
