I'd like to get a decent scan tool as well. I'd lean toward one that uses my iPhone, but would settle for a standalone.
Several of the diesel aftermarket systems will allow access to diagnostic trouble codes and resets, as well as lots of real-time engine data. I'd be interested in something along those lines too, but I'd like to hear from those who have them.

something like OBD Jscan for Jeeps would be nice but I haven't seen anything yet.
