Thanks for the info. Quality parts are often hard to come by, but OEM quality fuel lift pumps are still available, some with lifetime warranties. A little more pricey, but worth it. I like electric pumps fine, and they have their advantages, but mechanicals do, as well. Simplicity, safety, and repair cost, to name a few. I've replaced a dozen or 3 over the years.
A couple questions...
Did you bypass the mechanical lift pump? If so, how? Tube fittings or hose/clamps?
What fail-safe lift pump control are you using? (the control that stops the pump if you get in a crash, for example)
