1997 chev 6.5 radio trouble

I have been havin a problem with my trucks radio, if I turn left at any speed the radio cuts out, then comes back on once im staightened back out, ive changed the radio and its the same thing, it doesn't act up if im sitting and turn the wheel, so im sure its a bad speeker or connection.
Has anyone had this kind of trouble before?

You might want to look at the antenna and cable that connects to the radio.
