Default CV Boot Replacement / Options

I'm replacing the rotors on the K2500 and am looking at other maintenance items while I'm in that far. I'm not having any issues with the hubs or CV axles, but - as I say - I'm in that far anyway. The CV boots aren't torn or wearing, but they're 27 years old. So I thought about replacing them. Problem is that it seems that Dorman is the only option - not a MFG I typically trust. Looks like Moog has "pending obsolescence" on the 8-lug boots.

Looking around elsewhere is the same story - out of stock. I haven't explored the full depths of the internet to find if anyone has a few still in stock, but all the "usual suspects" are out.

Any input on replacing the boots? Just clean what's there and keep going? Other recommended options for the boots? Replace the hubs? Replace the CV axles?
