Default Lower control arms...welded or stamped/forged?

Need to redo lower ball joints on my '99 K2500 Suburban, and I'm not sure which parts to get. The GM catalog as well as Rock Auto list two fitments with different diameters; one for welded lower arms and one for stamped or forged lower arms. How do I tell what my truck has?

    Thanks everyone

The Burb is an odd duck, so you'll have to look. Since yours is a K2500, it shouldn't be "stamped", but may be a welded model. The drawing I have shows a welded arm. A forged arm will appear like solid cast iron.

I crawled around underneath, and sure enough they are welded arms. Thanks for the tip!
