Hey, my 97 6.5 TD is not happy. The Service engine light came on. My scanner revealed P0724, P1214, P1216, P1217 and P1621. Fuel injection pump issues and TCM issue. Where do I start?

Make sure all your fuel containment and fuel plumbing is new or not rusted all the way to the injection pump and replace your injection pump afterwards. With limited info that is my answer...
