Default 2007 C4500 Topkick sealed beams

As you owners know the stock headlamps leave a lot to be desired. The "are my headlighs even on" question popping up, I've got to do something about this..driving at night through lower Louisianna or Texas hill country is a "brake check" nightmare. Looking into Hella 550 rectangular sealed beams and complete new wiring harness to replace stock. Size and part numbers for stock beams is tricky as no one says for sure what it is and stock General Electric has no numbers on the lamps...6545 or H6545 is the closest I've gotten. Anyone with upgraded lighting experience along these lines....drop a line
