    Default 2007 GMC - 7.8 engine

If you recall I posted a memo regarding our new 2007 GMC with 7.8 engine.
Problems with bucking, jerking, loss of power.
Well we ran truck until Jan 3rd, loss so much power could not pull anymore.
Truck was booked into GMC dealer in Wisconsin, two engineers flew down from Michigan and they could not find out what was wrong, after running tests for 3 days. We left to go home on Jan 11th, engineers indicated that they were going to install brand new engine. The engine did arrive on Jan
21st, but guess what, they installed a 260 H.P. engine, not the 300 H.P. likes ours. Another engine pulled off assembly line and shipped, this one a 300H.P.
As of yet it is not installed, but should be ready sometime this week.

Talk about frustrating and anger, how can a big corporation, literally make a mistake like shipping the wrong engine. GM has a lot of technical issues to address as far as I am concerned, what went wrong & why?
We have lost alot of revenue, this was our work truck.
This has been ongoing since we got new truck in October, but not one single person stepped up to the plate and listened to our grievances, they thought we were imagining this problem.
More training should be done with dealerships and G.M. customer service.
    Who is responsible?????

It is sad that they could not figure out what is / was wrong with it.
You probably will be unable to recover your losses.
But you can prepare to demand a replacement.
