The ol' Tahoe made it to 375K miles before popping a head gasket in July of 2021 - she showed no symptoms of any issues at all, but suddenly popped without warning, causing the rear two cylinders to fill with coolant when sitting for more than a few moments. I could have slapped some gaskets back on and called it good, but ended up rebuilding a low-mileage 506 block to drop in, and I've currently got around 390K on the clock and about 15K on the new engine.

    Default High milage?

Don't know what happened to my post, but mine is a 2004 GMC 2500 with 252116 miles. No real problems but glow plugs, vacuum pump and batteries. Sorry previous post I was guessing milage, this is the actual as of right now.
