Default 6.5 diesel won’t take any throttle

Good evening first time posting but have used the sight to help figure out other problems. He we go the problem I have is on a 1997 Chevy k3500 6.5 diesel. The truck will idle fine but just as soon as I hit the throttle it die out and shuts down like it starving for fuel. I have replaced sending unit and sock changed out lift pumps 3 times replaced fuel filter. New gray pmd and changed the tps with no change. Kinda stumped at this moment. Anyone experienced this problem.

Have you scanned it for codes?

No I have not done that yet. Thinking about buying a scan tool. But no warning lights are on on the dash except for the standard abs light
