    Default Replacement Stock Front Bumper

    Hi All,

Wasn't sure where to post this question. Guy cut in front and slammed on his brakes and now my bumper has a big dent in it. No damage to other than the bumper. I've looked on line but can't seem to find the correct bumper, the one with the 2 air inlets in the bumper. I assume it's not made anymore. I'm not sure what years this is from and if it's specific to the diesel or 2500 suburban's. Any help identifying exactly what I'm looking for would be helpful.

Truck still runs great, just turned 300K.

The bumper is unique to GMT-400 (1988-2000) GM Diesel trucks/SUVs. You might try LMC Truck.

Thanks, I think they seem to have the bumper. So I guess the air holes are for the diesels? Extra air inlet for the trans and oil coolers?

Yes. The "nostrils" are for additional air inlet for cooling. There should be an air deflector mounted behind them.

I've seen these bumpers on the Big Block versions also. (454ci) On subs and PUs.
