    Welcome aboard!

Check for codes, active and history. If the SES lamp is on, there will be active codes, and likely more in history.

Could be air cleaner or MAF fouling. Clean and/or replace either.

Could be a PCM glitch. If it doesn't repeat, don't sweat it.

Could be an early indication of turbo vane fouling. It's more common with power adding programs, but can happen with any of them over a lot of time/miles, especially high loading. Cleaning and exercising the vane and servo (Tech II required) usually fixes it for a while (until it fouls again), but wear requires closer exam and repair.
